You can install Office apps on up to five (5) PCs or Macs, five (5) tablets, and five (5) mobile devices.
The Office apps that you install on your PC or Mac such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are available to you when you are not online.
With OneDrive, you get file storage that you can access when offline. In case you need to modify your files, the changes will be synced the next time you reconnect to the Internet.
For Outlook, you can read existing emails and draft new emails and meeting requests. Once you reconnect, your inbox and outbox will sync to the rest of your devices.
Yes, you can mix and match Microsoft 365 plans. Please note that there are some license limitations at the plan level. The Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Apps for business, Business Standard, and Business Premium plans each have a limit of 300 users, while the Enterprise plans are for an unlimited number of users. For example, you can purchase 300 Business Premium seats, 300 Business Standard seats, and 500 Enterprise E3 seats on a single tenant.
Microsoft Defender for Business is a new endpoint security solution integrated within the Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan. This is designed to help protect businesses against cybersecurity threats, including malware and ransomware, in an easy-to-use, cost-effective package.
